I hear how you felt like you was in crisis on Friday and the workers didn't know how to help. How are you feeling today Ellie? Can I also ask what you mean by feeling like you was in crisis if you feel comfortable sharing?
It sounds like you might feel happy in general, but you're not happy with the management. Is that right? If you're not happy with management and how you're being cared for, it's okay to say so Ellie. It's so important your care needs are being met and you have the support you need from management.

It's really good you tell your mum when things concern you Ellie. Hopefully talking to her helps relieve some of your worries. So did the staff not help you when you told them you were feeling rough? You deserve support and I hope being at your mum's for a week will help you feel supported

Are you staying at your mum's now then Ellie? It does sound like a really hard atmosphere to adapt to and I hear they're saying you've done bad things which you said you haven't done. This sounds quite isolating and frustrating - like your words against theirs. Keep talking to your mum and us Ellie - we're here to listen and support

All of their services are free, independent and confidential.
