i just thought i would do a little intro post so hey:)
i have struggled with my mental health for a very longggg time now but im really trying to get better even though the uk’s mental health system seems to like to make that an impossible goal to achieve:/
some things i enjoy are reading, colouring in, diamond art and going for walks!
