3am greif thoughts

The greif thoughts are really hitting hard and my thoughts are spiralling, I’ve been on FaceTime with a friend since 11 because they didn’t feel safe but they’ve fallen asleep, I put music on in hope it’s help me sleep but nope I’m just crying

I spend my time wondering what my grandma is doing like I don’t know really know what life after death is like but I don’t know I guess my stupid head expects her to be in the sky walking around in another world aka heaven with other people that have passed but I don’t know

I haven to me to terms with it yet and I’m just filled with so many painful questions :(
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

    I feel that a lot @Rose113 I think of my Papa and sister but try not to cloud your head with only the negatives and think about the millions of good memories you had with your grandma. So many people are here if you need to talk. <3
