    @Azziman me nmy mum r both getting jip off the two managers and I heard many of the other girls r too. N I realised after last weekend, wen a day I was alone with my thoughts where I wanted to go somewhere peaceful, I was away wen I had tht thought, I don't currently. I play games or read graphic novels this week 4 distraction. I don't go to school or college coz I feel trapped, it happenedat the last place I was living at too but someone took over. And I wanted to live in a tent one day. I wanted to go on holiday all time n it seems I'm back in tht mindset, I feel tht all the hard work tht the therapist did has come undone, it feels like I'm back on tht shelf again. I'm goin bowling with mum today and I'm going on a northern lights cruise in a while. I sed in my diary tht I want traumatic stuff to happen again, so tht I feel better, I wanna be happy

    Hi @ellie2000 it sounds like you have some heavy thoughts here. Regarding your managers giving you a hard time recently could you possibly report it to someone higher up that you're having some difficulties? It's not right that you are being messed around.

    I can hear how difficult it is for you to feel like you're back to square one. Mental health recovery is a journey and there will be wobbles. If you feel comfortable sharing a little bit about what is going on for you we can try and support you. You deserve to be happy and to feel better <3

    @Azziman @Orchid059 I was away frm everything last weekend 😀 and I saw hockey in Slough. But I had had a thought 😫 the manager emailed me on that weekend asking how I was doing n tht triggered me to say it how it is. Is being straight to the point gd? Conversation causes debate and arguments. is he allowed to email me out of the blue? I'm abit scared goin on holiday coz of the manager. He's failing at he's job n had charge of other homes b4 closed down n he apparently was a prison officer

    Hey @ellie2000 - that's a good question. It's good to be honest about how you feel, but it's important to phrase things right so that you get your message across in the right manner. It sounds like this manager, and whether he might contact you unexpectedly, is causing some concern. How are you feeling at the moment? We're here to listen to you <3
