So as you guys know about my condition and the flare up I’m having and that I can’t get in to see my own doctor until November…my mum (shock horror) has got in contact with the doctors and they’ve booked me in to see the paramedic tomorrow morning

    Hey @Rose113 oh wow that is good news that you have got an appointment and hopefully it will be helpful. How are you feeling about it? I know appointments can be quite stressful especially the waiting. Hope you can do something nice today t for yourself and after as well even some Disney music haha and I’m sending you so much love and will be thinking of u tomorrow

    The paramedic has referred me for more tests and she also booked me in for a blood test on Monday night 🥲 she’s concerned that the hospital have missed something from when I did something back in July 2022 so that’s fun

    @Lucy_21 when I went back that time to the hospital for what I’d done they barely even bothered with me, they did blood tests and then referred me straight to crisis team

    Well done for going to your appointment today @Rose113, you've been soo incredibly brave. It can be so hard when you don't get an option of who you'd like to see and it's understandable to find male doctors triggering <3

    How are you feeling about being referred for more tests and another appointment on Monday?

    I really hope they'll be able to help you and work out how to help with some of your pain. Definitely do keep us updated with how it all goes <3
    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    Thank you @Aoife it turned out okay because they ended up being a female and she was lovely. I’m really unwell at the moment and I hate it, I’ve broke out in a rash and stuff :/
