    Hi @ameera - sorry for not replying until now

    it's fairly simple to be honest. it pretty much just involves going through the different discussion threads that have been made, and answering / giving advice or support to what people have posted where you can. If you look at them through clicking the 'what's new' bit at the top, it shows them in order of recency, and may be easier to find the newer boards and conversations that may need a response.

    i hope thats helped a bit, although if there's anything i've missed, maybe @Aoife or @JustV (i think they'd be the right people to ask anyways) may also be able to help you too.

    @sinead276 thats great thank you so much for your help. And in terms of ‘posting’ and seeing how much activity I have done- how is this monitored. Is this monitored by me replying to comments/posts?

    @ameera - (assuming you signed up to be a peer supporter as i just realised it never said), if you click forums, there should be a section titled 'peer supporters', and within there is a load of information

    as for tracking, within that section there is a link to a google docs form where you log the times you were active and the number of posts you made.

    if you can't see that section for some reason or you signed up for a different role, it might be worth contacting V, Aoife or @TheMix ask what to do - they're probably able to give you better advice on it
