I went a animal park/shopping thing nd I just sat in the cafe playing happy wheels
Was it bc I had a rough week, or too sad to....?
It was a shame I feel unhappy
I h8 this feeling n so does my family wen they find out.
I feel bad 4 having ppl upset tht I'm sad

    it sounds like you're having a difficult time at the moment and it can feel challenging to go out and enjoy yourself whilst struggling, therefore going out is a big step in itself! try and be kind to yourself and allow yourself to feel how you feel without feeling bad for those around you as its not your fault.

    It sounds really difficult that some people do not seem to think you tell the truth @ellie2000. I am hearing this is particularly the case when people of a 'higher power' feel more believed than you, am I hearing this right? We believe you and are here with you. It is positive to hear some other people also know you tell the truth! <3
