hi everyone im eylah recently got diagnosed with bpd and have wanted to find others like me. i have been bullied in the past and found this site through childline. i hope i fit in here. im a fan of winnie the pooh. i love animals i wish i has one. i don’t know how this works just getting used to it. thanks 😁

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    You don't deserve to be bullied @eylah_taylor. You only deserve kindness and mutual respect. Bullying won't be tolerated on The Mix's community! The bullying sounds particularly heavy for you at the moment. We wonder if you have support in place for this?

    As you can see from my username, I am also a fan of Winnie the Pooh! And as a fun fact, I saw Winnie the Pooh the musical last year - I really enjoyed it. I even brought a Piglet which is now sat on my desk to brighten up my office space.

    Which animal do you wish you had the most or do you just wish you had an animal, more generally? I have fish and used to have 2 dogs!

    hi @Laura_tigger82 i really wish i had a horse. strange but i have always wanted to do horse riding but never has enough money to do it. hopefully in near future. i currently have my mother who supports me but she can be hot or miss sometimes shes nice but sometimes she gets to drunk and doesnt understand me. when childline suggested this community i was 50-50 as i have never joined a community before or spoke to other young people like me. so its strange but nice to be able to share my thoughts with others like me. i love winnie. i am saving up for a stuffed teddy of winnie & piglet. <3

    Ah, horses can be great can't they @eylah_taylor? At one point in my degree, I wanted to study the impact of horse therapy because I have heard such great things about horses! Sadly not enough official research but, hopefully, there will be one day. Also, hopefully, you will also have the money in the near future to enjoy some time horse riding.

    It sounds positive that you have your mother who supports you. However, I can hear the conflicting feelings with it being hit or miss due to getting too drunk and not understanding you. You are welcome to create a new thread about this if it is something you would like to talk to us about further.
