    Hi @ellie2000. It sounds like you are having difficulties with your mind not switching off when you are wanting to sleep, am I hearing this right? I find music in the background helpful but different people find different things help them best - for example, some people find light helpful.

    I am also hearing you are experiencing difficulties with your neighbours at the moment. Is this something you would like to (and feel comfortable with) sharing more about? We are here with you if you would like to talk to us more about this :)

    @Laura_tigger82 I go to bed n then I hear thuds, I think I went OTT email the managers writing a thread not one email. I hate wat I think. I cant bottle it up. I have to say it at the time. N I can't tlk to ppl face to face coz ppl rush

    @ellie2000 I don't think you're OTT for contacting the managers and keeping a diary. It's not right if your neighbours are causing you this much distress. The council will usually ask you to keep a log of incidents so they can see how much distress the neighbours are causing you. Do you think you could contact your local council?

    If you delete your email account, I believe this means that people will get a bounceback message if they try to send an email to your old account. What you have sent previously though won't disappear from other people's inboxes if they've already been delivered. :)
