good questions! I hope you’re okay. I think in terms of getting a good nights sleep it can be really difficult sometimes and I feel like during the night we can get to overthink a lot of things so I’m good techniques might be to put on a relaxation or meditation before bed to help you relax and just focus on your breathing there’s special ones that are for sleep as well.
In terms of therapy I don’t think theyshould be stoppingyou from talking about something that you want to talk about. There are there to be supportive and obviously if there’s any concerns they can pass those on, but they shouldn’t be preventing you from talking about it. We are here If you wanna talk about it.
