So lately I've been worried about my mate and my job is making realise that being caring is okay but I'm worried about her because I haven't heard from her in over 2 weeks nearly 3 and I don't know when I should start to mega worry and when acceptable to ring her

I think that if you're worried, there's no harm in dropping your friend a text or calling them. Even if you're not worried, friends usually appreciate you checking in

I don't think it would be any harm to check in. I would suggest doing it in a way that you think your friend would be most comfortable with as it sounds like it could be a difficult conversation. Even a quick text might be good to check in to see if they're okay as they've been quite quiet recently, and you could see if they would want to meet up soon since it's been a while?
I don't think there's a wrong way to go about it as you're just wanting to make sure everything's alright

Hey
@BensonE
- I'd agree with what's been said by the others, a quick check-in is totally fine. You don't need an emergency or be really worried to do that - checking in with friends is completely normal
