    Hi morgan sending lots of hugs. Its amazing that you volunteer but im so sorry that person was innapropiate. Your wellbeing comes first.
    Is there anything that could help tonight like listening to music or trying to do 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, three you can hear, 2 you can smell and 1 you can taste.

    @Past User It might feel disappointed when this happen, but that doesn't affect the fact that you are amazing and willing to volunteer on a mental health site. You can discuss this with the supervisor, and it's a good opportunity to improve! Keep doing your amazing volunteering work! And remember to take care of yourself first :)

    Hey @Past User, really sorry to hear what happened - it's never pleasant when someone messages us in that way, especially when you're volunteering to help others. Others have alluded to it, but it helps to have an outlet - whether that's going for a walk, listening to some music, or talking to someone - so you can take your mind off it, at least for a while. As @Terry8936 and @Xee mentioned, it's a really great thing to offer your time to volunteer like this, so I hope that you feel able to return to the role soon! :)
