i don't know what to do

literally joined this site today because i felt so lonely but this past week has been rough. my mum's mental health has basically nosedived to the point where all she's doing is sleeping - i don't know if she's eating or drinking which just worries me even more. i thought today would get better, i managed to get her to take a walk with me but then she just fell back into her hole. i've never felt so low, i don't have friends - i recently moved to a new area so i don't know anyone. i literally don't have anyone and have now resorted to these sites. i just don't know what to do. i'm considering ringing the hospital if she feels the same tomorrow but i'm just stuck. this has really been affecting me, it's almost suffocating.

How are you doing today?
Im sending lots of hugs, im really sorry about how things are right now it sounds really tough. Im sorry i cant say anything more helpful. Im just glad you found us, we are always happy to listen
firstly, I want to say how brave and positive it is you've come here to reach out for help and advice from peers. The situation you've been describing is very overwhelming and i hear you've been feeling stressed and frustrated and it's completely understandable to feel powerless when a loved one is struggling with their mental health, especially when that someone is a caregiver.
I understand you've been struggling with finding friends and resources in your new area. Is there anything specific you'd like help with?
In the meantime here is a tool you could use to find the help you need in your area
