This is amazing! Honestly well done, this is a humongous milestone you have reached so far.
How are you feeling generally since you have stopped, and how do you feel approaching 2 months?
Maybe you could do something to celebrate yourself, every time you reach a certain time
Do you feel comfortable sharing what happened with your sister? No pressure to at all to.
