    Sorry you haven't received a response to this yet!

    This is actually a bit tricky. It may well be that he is just being really friendly and you both see each other as a best friend. It may be that he really values the friendship or alternatively feels insecure about friends (or your friendship, specifically) which is why he may get upset if you don't wear the bracelet and asks for proof. That said, these signs could also signal romantic interest too, but it can be difficult to tell whether he is romantically interested in you or sees you as a best friend.

    Would you feel comfortable being able to talk to him about it? Perhaps tell him your feelings (whether you see him as a best friend or possible romantic interest) and ask what you mean to him in return?

    @Past User yeah this can be a tricky one sometimes because you are always questioning yourself and gut feeling. I would say the only way you'd find out is if you ask him. You've said you're too shy for that but you wouldn't necessarily have to tell him whatever your feelings are for him and it doesn't necessarily have to be a big conversation. Say for example the next time he gives you something you could just say in a non-chalant way 'are you giving this to me in a friendly way or is this something more?'
