    @Past User Well done for being so effective in keeping yourself safe. Not many people have the courage to open up and call professionals when in a crisis. It's so good that you feel able to do this. We're clearly all very proud of you.
    Settling down from a crisis and settling back into reality instead of a hospital setting can be quite draining. I hope you're feeling okay and adjusting well. Keep looking after yourself!
