Hello to everyone!

I went on a very long hiatus from everything and everyone and it's been a while. To those I've actively kept in contact with, I'm very sorry for the sudden disappearance. Things have been hectic on my end and what started as a break ended up being a long isolation period. I've been feeling overwhelmed with self-destructive and suicidal thoughts, I'm unfortunately delving into bad eating and promiscuous habits again and I don't know what to do with myself. I'm just doubting everything that I do and the people I surround myself with. The medications I'm currently taking are both increasing and subduing my emotions and I don't know what to do.

    Welcome back Moon, it's good to see you again! Sorry to hear you've been struggling recently, hopefully you're feeling okay right now? In regards to your medication(s) I believe you were keeping a mood diary to help out with that process, is that something that's ongoing or something you feel is finished now? Looking forward to seeing you around. :)

    I'm also hearing that you are struggling with your emotions as a result of your medication. How would you feel about reaching out to your GP and asking for their advice with this?

    @lovemimoon Welcome back. I am sorry you are going through such a tough time especially with the breakup and suicidal thoughts. I am glad you took some time out for yourself and you can always reach out to us when you feel you are struggling. Please do not lose hope. We are here for you.

    Welcome back! A physical break from everyone and everything is so needed from time to time for your mental, whether that be short or long, so I hope it did some good for you <3

    It can be very easy to spiral when lots of things are happening at the same time, each thing affects the other etc, but the fact that you're now able to come back to these forums and share that on here is amazing in itself!

    Do you think you could say why you are feeling doubtful of everything you do? What is it that you are doubting in regards to those you are surrounding yourself with? Have you thought about changing medications maybe?
