Hello lovely people 🙂 just a lil personal update from me...

I'm taking some time out for my mental health. I'm not sure how long for yet, but you won't see me online for a while. I'll be focusing on getting myself to a healthier, overall more balanced place.

I don't mind sharing that 2019 was a rough year for me, then COVID hit and we all know how difficult that was (and still is). A lot has happened in my life over the past few years, and now I'm starting to emotionally process what it all means for me and what I need to heal.

The team will keep everything running in my absence, though there may be times where it takes @TheMix a little longer to respond to DMs or pick up emails. You're always very patient with us anyway.

When you next see me online, it'll be because I'm ready to be back and in a better place.

    I think that you are extremely brave for making this decision to take time for yourself. It can be very hard to realise when you need to take a step back but once it happens, it can be very helpful. As other people have also said, thank you for all of your hard work on the discussion boards. I hope that you feel better soon. Things like this can take time.
