I caused everyone else's health problem

I think I caused everyone else's health problem. Nobody feels well if they get to know me. I made them so miserable that they got physical problems. I shouldn't exist.
Tengo el alma en cuarentena y roto el cuerpo
Qué dolor, qué pena y qué tormento
El Kanka - Lo mal que estoy y lo poco que me quejo

I don't know your situation, but I used to feel similar with a friend. I felt like I was burdening her with my problems or that I contributed to her missing out on a grade that she wanted. I tried to keep everything inside me instead so that I wasn't burdening her. Eventually it got too much. It took a long time to calm down and when I did, I realised, it wasn't me actually being a burden that was a problem, it was her perception of me that was a problem. And I realised that this wasn't my fault or responsibility.
We all have problems in our lives and you should be able to reach out to others and feel listened to and understood. If others can't meet your needs at the moment (perhaps they are struggling with things too) then they should let you know this and reassure you that they still care. But you can't cause physical problems for others, so you aren't responsible for this.
