I wish I could have the option to die. I feel so trapped in this world for no reason. All I could think about is how I could end my life. The pain which comes from nowhere would never end.

    I'm really hearing that you're in a lot of pain at the moment @Kate_20. 💚 I wonder if there's anything that might help you stay safe just for now... what are your plans for today?

    If it would be more helpful to just have a space to let those thoughts out, we're totally here for that too. But equally if focusing on short-term safety would help, we can do that. :)

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    One day at a time indeed @Aife. Even baby steps forwards are super important. I know when things are particularly heavy, it can help to focus on the next minute if necessary rather than the hour, day or week. We believe in you @Kate_20 and are here for you if you need anything! <3
