  I would say it was better to sit down, although I've never actually tried one myself. I think it makes you fall because it feels so real and it tricks your body, so when the rollercoaster goes down you might fall down with it.

  Great question! I would definitely say to sit down too. I can imagine that if it is like a real rollercoaster (which it is supposed to be!) then you would feel better if you sat down. Rollercoasters can make you feel dizzy at the best of times!
