    @sylvifleur Living alone may seem daunting at first, especially if it’s your first time. There are some advantages to living alone which you may not have realised. You are free to be yourself and do what you want at home without having to ask a flatmate if it’s ok. This can mean there is more time for your own self-care and pursuing your passions without them having to fit around your roommate’s schedule. You can also choose when you want to socialise, if you want to go out or not and there is no issue with roommates crashing your home with unexpected guests for a party when you’re not in the mood. Being alone can give you the time to get to know yourself, what you like doing without other people’s influence. You may even learn to enjoy your own company and gain confidence from knowing you can manage life on your own.
