  at leasttht man doesnt come round anymore, shall i will his ex a merry xmas? she was coming round two but they split up. she was nice. she didnt ply me with alcohol n left wen i was on the floor

I think that's completely up to you, it seems like she was quite supportive towards you, so if you would like to stay in contact with her, this could be a good way to keep this contact and relationship going. However, it is completely your choice and what you think would be best for you, and your mental health
