  @ellie2000 i often trust my gut instinct (spidy senses) if something doesnt seem right, or seems too good to be true - we are usually correct...

  @ellie2000 That's a nice idea, I agree, I do think we need some direction sometimes and @gia9720 spidy senses are the way to go! It is important to trust your gut instinct, I mean your body can literally sense danger!

  Yes this makes complete sense, I really like this insightful way of expressing the voices which urge you to protect yourself and to feel a sense of pride It can be so tough when the negative voices become louder, which is why I love the idea of glitter to cover up the harsh things in life
