Hi everyone! I'm Brooke and I'm so happy to be here! So a little about me... I have a passion for helping others, and mental health in general. I really love to read and take long walks, particularly in autumn and winter for some reason. I also love pets, I only have a hamster at the minute, due to the landlord but he's the sweetest little thing. I hope you're all keeping really well, and I can't wait to be a part of this community!

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
