Hi everyone, I'm Lizzy! I can't wait to get posting and start interacting with you all on this platform :)
I'm a 20 year old undergraduate, a member of the LGBTQ+ community and I've experienced anxiety and depression throughout my life. I hope that I can provide support by sharing my experiences. We're in this together!

    Welcome to The Mix community. It is great to see you have joined us. How are you today? You are right in saying we are in this together. We all have the backs of one another both when we need support and when others need support. From what I have seen so far, there are quite a few people in the community who are undergraduates, in the LGBTQ+ community and/or experienced mental health difficulties :)

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
