What is the best vegetable for Christmas Dinner?

I was wondering what vegetable everyone loves to have for their Christmas dinner. If there are any vegetables that I haven't mentioned or if you like multiple choices of vegetables then feel free to comment down below.

    I like peas, carrots, broccoli and sweetcorn but my favourite is carrots.

    Am very pro roast parsnips at Christmas, though this thread got me thinking about there definitely being tiers of vegetables for Christmas dinner. Where would you rank each vegetable on this list of tiers? Would add that this should be purely how it relates to your Christmas meal, not how you view the vegetables generally. For example, generally Brocolli would be 'Decent' for me, but for Christmas it would be 'Awful'

    I generally love all vegetables I only put peas and cabbage awful because it doesn't belong on a Christmas roast lol

    Mam always puts them on my Christmas  dinner. Just can’t eat em😫 not a fan of roasts anyways
