Hello, I had a 1 - 1 chat problem. I joined the thing after putting my details in I waited a while and it said connecting to the agent. After a while, it literally stopped with that and said thank you for chatting with us when I hadn't even chatted. The same thing happened to my friend the other day, it didn't work and she sat there for a long time.

    There was a thread about this recently! I believe the mix are looking into it!

    Yep, this is one we're aware of @AnneFrypan but thanks for letting us know it's happening for you too - that's useful info. I'm going to close this thread but feel free to help us issue-bust it over in the first report thread, and if anything changes that's a great place to let us know. :3
