Hey Everyone!

I have been using The Mix for a few weeks now and I wanted to introduce myself to the community!

I am open about my experience with anxiety and depression and I love that The Mix provides a platform where the community can share and support others experience! I am a keep activist and I hope to be involved with reducing the stigma surrounding mental health! 

Other than this, I am a student and proud pug owner! 

It's lovely to meet everyone  <3
