    The mix do have a crisis textline , if you text THEMIX to 85258 your be able to talk to to someone as soon as they become available... usually not too long of a wait ❤️

    As Millie said, we have crisis messenger which you can text at any point to talk at times when you are feeling in a crisis.

    We also have a 1-2-1 webchat service which is open 4-11pm every day which you can talk about anything on your mind - you can find it here: https://www.themix.org.uk/get-support/speak-to-our-team
