    Why does everyon fucking hate me. Soon the mix are gunna ban me and i will have no one to speak to. My gp doesnt care. My family dont care - everytime theyre putting those "britian get talking" on tv my sister goes like 'oh not this again. shut up'. I ask her how she is. She doesnt even have MH issues. Never asks me. 
    WHY DOES NO ONE GIVE A SHIT OR LISTEN TO ME. 

    I swear im just suffering and its getting really limited on the reasons to stay alive. There is none anymore

    Im over it lol. It never helped me anyways. No one helped me on there. . No one ever wanted me on there in the first place. So its great. Im happy to be permantly banned. Was never the place for support for me. Now ill have 1 and a half hours to do something else with my day rather than being in a group chat that i found personally really bad :)

    Hey there @Shaunie I know you've mainly been using this thread to get stuff off your chest but I just wanted to check in on you anyway and see how you're doing. I'm sorry to hear that you've had such a bad experience with Beat it's understandable that you're feeling so frustrated about it all. Like you mentioned it might be best for you to move on from that group chat and try something different.

    Obviously I can't speak for The Mix myself but I think it's pretty unlikely you'll get banned permanantly :) the only accounts we do that for are spam accounts or ones who have ignored warnings and repeatedly broken the guidelines. Try not to worry too much about it. <3

    Are you worried that you wont cope now they are excluding you, I get angry when Im scared or upset, but you may be different x
    Do you think theres other chats like beats out there? x you can always go to the mix but if youre looking for more specialised support it may be worthwhile looking around x <3

    I like the mix's chat. So its all good. Its just annoying me cause theyre suppose to be a support site. And i think they treated me like this because of a personal thing which makes me feel worse

    Beat hasnt replied to any of my emails since they banned me. And i just know they will never will reply.

    They didnt reply to me when they banned me for a week. The only time they did reply was when the week was over. So im guessing cause they said next time would be permant ill not hear from them at al. I dont even like their email replies. I cant send screenshots causw will get deleted. But they really are not compassionate at all. Or even explain. Its shocking and upsetting. I will still spam them so they will have to reply. Not because i want to go back on it. I really do not. I did cleaning today when i could of been getting frustated in a shit group chat. Plus trying to spend less time on my phone & not like i formed any friends on there or even liked anyone there.lol.  But i want them to treat people with some respect and atleast comunnicate bans and atleast say im banned and why

    I get what you mean shaunie, there's nothing worse than being ignored too. I think it would have been very helpful if they at least told you what you did wrong  because if I was in your position, I'd want to know for my own understanding and so I'd know how to avoid it in future 😥

    They emailed back saying if i can have a phone call. I said not really but im sure you can say it in an email, though a phone call might be helpful considering you completly ignore some of the stuff i send cause know is right and with a phone call - harder to ignore. 

    Then she emailed back saying i was banned for a week for going against the rules. Now im permantly banned bcause after few days of coming back i broke another rules. 

    I said "You dont really care much about your users if you can go from 1 week ban to someone coming back - having one day of mistake and then permantly banning them. Esp it someone is strugglint they need more compassion and time than that. And you dont even communicate what i do wrong. Even 2 month ban or what not but not permant ban is just a bit extreme. People have different things going on in their lives at the time of being like this and I had people online being not very nice............"
    "I know     People go against the rules and have messages delete ATLEAST once a day in that chat because your rules are so sensitive. I dont see you taking on the same actions with them".

    One day the mix will permantly ban me & in 10 weeks my counselling will finish and because nearly everywhere else has banned me i will be by completly myself. Then i will want to die. It kinda makes me want to get myself banned from here too. Like push myself over the edge

    Had a like 20 min phone call with the main person who like deals with the site/Sam

    Was helpful. Was mostly saying how bit shit that you give people 1 week break and permanat. And she agreed most people do accidently go against the guidelines everyday. But didnt know you delete random messages from people everyday, i just thought you hated me cause everytime i asked why you deleted it - you just told me to read the guidelines and thats why will be deleted.
    but now shes saying gets deleted if not with the convo not cause against guidelimes and its just like could tell people that atleast......

    otherwise you just think its happening because you dislike me and something personal

    i was just saying im sorry for the times i have actually gone against the guidelines or got a bit annoyed in the chat with the mods where was a bit rude. But it can be really frustating when youre sending things but theyre not being sent for no reason and feel like its because everyone hates you. 

    And i was told it will only be deleted if its against the guidelines so should put in the start of chat that random things can get deleted. So you dont feel like its only you that its happening to and feel hated on. 

    And i don’t know why but i felt like crying at some points 😂. Cause i was just you dont know whats going on in peoples lifes at the time and i def felt like everyone was against me and you just give up on people that easy and dont even bother explaining what i did wrong. Then i was about to cry lol but kept it together 💪🏻  

    She said she understands where i am coming from and if i want to look at the guidelines and get back to her with how i feel. And i said i think i need a longer break of not thinking about any of this or thinking ahout going back to that.

    But she said can get back in touch when feel like it.

    But anyway finally listened to me and gave me some answers. And feel like it was less because they hate me. Which i think is all i wanted to know lol
