Hi all hope your having a nice day,i walked out on a 29 marriage and my adult children are distraught I feel like s...t how do I cope with this ?

    Hey, welcome :)

    I'm sorry, that sounds really hard on you. I understand feeling crap. Do you want to talk any more about how it feels? Am I right in hearing that you feel bad that your children are distraught about it, or are you also struggling with walking out of the marriage?

    How old are you? I thought I should mention that the age group for this site is for around 13-25 year olds, so as you say your children are adults I figured you may be above that age group. There's loads of other places though that would allow you if you're over the age group for here. Have you tried Elefriends? There's also always the Samaritans if you need to vent on a 1-2-1 thing <3
