Hi, my name is Keegan Gaskell.. I suffer from multiple mental health illnesses. Insomnia being the the one that kicks the majority of the off, & severe depression which is pretty much permanent. 
Does anyone else suffer from insomnia, depression, anxiety or psychosis?

    I'm sorry and sad to hear that you suffer with those things:(

    I think there are many people here who can relate to those struggles. I (and my close family) think I have depression, and maybe anxiety - but I don't want to claim anything because I haven't seen a doctor yet, due to being scared. Regardless, I can relate to the symptoms and am struggling a lot mentally.

    Feel free to make a thread in Health & Wellbeing if you want to talk some more about what it's like for you - we're always here to support and listen:)
