I've just been diagnosed with cluster headaces and possible bipolar, i was 20 when I got the most intense pain behind my left eye know no it's cluster headaches , and my brain just hadn't worked the same since. I've tried to cope and work on it through the years but always got stuck on why. Now I don't have that problem but there's so little information out there and feels like no help at all. And I'm ready to call it a day to be honest. What ever part of the head gives u that fight I really don't have anymore. My mental health is behond words

    It sounds like you've been really struggling recently. You've come to the right place and we're all here to help you through this.     Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
