  You could use maple syrup, sugar and lemon juice, golden syrup chocolate syrup etc, honey, fruit, a combination... I guess you could try icing lol.
  

  
  

  If you want a twist on the ordinary pancake, my grandmother and I made blueberry ones once. You honestly just add blueberries into it if I remember right, I don't think it's much harder:)

  Definitely a fan of maple syrup, sugar and lemon, or chocolate and strawberry, but also controversially, love savoury pancakes, such as roasted veg and cheese. I think it is because it basically allows me to have pancakes for main and pudding

  My pancakes from last year, would post a pic of this year's ones but I already ate them 🤷😂 strawberry pancakes are the best pancakes. And yes these are proper pancakes, not those paper thin ones 😂
