I am overwhelmed by the care from people here, I hardly know you all, but I do know that the care from people here for me is just really heartfelt.
I have been in some real dark places emotionally (still am & fighting those!) I see people everyday away from here who know nothing about my life, they know what I have done with court ect but they don’t fully understand how I feel or why I have days which are a really struggle or why I’m just not over it! why I can’t move on.
But I don’t see people face to face but from the time spent even over a computer screen feels more present and a place of genuine care than I have ever felt, act of such kindness, it is sad knowing everyone here is struggling within our own daily lives but equally it is a feeling of safety having somewhere to turn to where you can perhaps be more open and free from judgment.
There is nothing worse than feeling alone in this world, or a quote once read ‘there is no greater agony than bearing an untold story’.
It is a bit freedom from being in a trapped space.
Helped me fight another day regardless to how scared or low I’m feeling

Had a difficult night was up most of it, managed to speak to someone from the crisis messenger earlier who was really nice
you?
