Hi there,

I came across this site when I was googling for advice. I hope it's the right place for me.

I'm a bit shy at first but I'm looking forward to speaking to you all.

    Hey bluebell welcome to the boards! 

    You'll find this to be a very supportive community so don't panic about that :) 

    Live chats also run sunday - Thursday if you're interested.
    Theres general chat(GC) for general topics and a chinwag,  I love it for distracting meeting new people and calming down before bed x
    There's also Support chat(SC) where you get support and advice about any particular problems you have.
    Support circle is similar although it has a 10 place slot and you each take it in turns so you get more detailed support and not left out. 

    Aside from that expert chats also run occasionally have a gander over on the group chat section 

    Feel free to make any threads and ask any questions if you are confused.

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
