Feeling suicidal

I didn't want to stoop down to this point but it has become an issue. I am 15 and have had abandonment issues and mood swings along with impulse behaviour. I am starting to lose touch with reality. I want to die. I really really want to die. My family and even camhs think it will be okay and I am really angry, so angry I want to die. I hate everyone, my mum my family everyone. No one listens to me. I really want to die. Seriously

    You have reached out, and thats very brave. Reaching out also shows you still have hope, even if right now its hard to feel hopeful. Have you thought about calling the Samaritans or the Mix helpline? 

    I know its late, but are there any friends or family close by you can talk to about this? Even sitting down and chatting with a friend for a while might help. You could also move things away that could hurt you, put them someplace you can't reach so that you stay safe. 

    Perhaps try to calm your anger, its causing other negative emotions to be pulled up. Listen to your favourite song, read for a while or even just take some deep breaths. Well done for posting here, admitting how you feel takes courage. 

    Would you like to go into more detail about what has lead to these emotions? We are listening, its okay to talk about it.

    Sorry to hear how you're feeling - you've been brave in reaching out for help!

    I understand you've not had the easiest life so far, but don't let that drag you back. Make the choice to leave that behind, otherwise it will keep you bunkered down where you are. Each day, you have the option to leave the past behind :)

    The anger is something we can resolve for now - I agree with @Eyepatch that you should try to calm yourself through breathing exercises or relaxing. I know it seems like it's pointless, but it gives you a clearer mind to decide what you want to do x

    I get this feeling allll the time. Its so intense. & i know sometimes this sort of stuff can seem like bullshit on a screen and i feel a bit contradictive for saying

    ——But the mind, depression, can make think that there is no way out other than death but there is. And you may be thinking -  ‘well you dont even know what im going through’ - I guess i dont really need to know because there is always better options than death. 

    It is soo soo hard, But you have to hang in there. Sometimes i find helpful to talk to someone -to take a step back from all the intense. Because as hard as maybe -things can get better, but you also gotta kinda believe that for yourself too as lack of hope does just bring people down aswell. & youre so young with loads of time for things to get better. And also have to think about why youre reaching out, youre so desperate for it to stop but death isnt that answer
