    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    Hi Sofia,

    I'm so pleased you feel happier now. What is so awesome with The Mix is the staff are so caring in reaching out to us, both on the forum and in our chat rooms. There is such a lot happening on the board so it would be good if you could come and share in the forums, even make a chat account when chats are open, only taking about a minute to register, for example, here: http://www.themix.org.uk/get-support/group-chat

    In general chat everyone is nice and the room is moderated by a staff member, again very caring. There is support chat, also there is Support Circle on Sunday and Tuesdays, again you would need to fill in a form so you can get a place.
