    It's certainly time for those chunky knit jumpers to start making an appearance!

    Just a few natural suggestions to keep the colds at bay to help keep your immune system in tip top condition! :)
    ​1. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables
    ​2. Eat lots of garlic (mmm soups!)
    ​3. Herbal teas (my faves are lemon and ginger, peppermint and lavender)
    ​4. Get plenty of sleep
    ​5. Drink lots of water

    wait how does garlic help? lol. would also like to add my fav herbal teas just now : gingerbread green tea and white tea and pommegranite! :hyper:

    I know, it's odd... this time of year is terrible. I also find that I'm so much more tired at this time of year too :(
