Just a few natural suggestions to keep the colds at bay to help keep your immune system in tip top condition!
1. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables
2. Eat lots of garlic (mmm soups!)
3. Herbal teas (my faves are lemon and ginger, peppermint and lavender)
4. Get plenty of sleep
5. Drink lots of water
