Stress Awareness Day 2016

Hey you lovely people :wave:

So as today is Stress Awareness Day, us at TheMix thought it would be a good idea to start a thread sharing our ideas on how we deal with stress. I know for me personally distractions really help me when I am feeling stressed. I will go on a long walk, or go to the gym, or watch a film.


It would be cool to see your ideas and also hopefully help each other by sharing ideas on how we deal with stress.


We also wanted to link this thread in with the Stressheads tool http://www.themix.org.uk/apps-and-tools/stressheads


We thought it would be good if you could screen shot your stressheads into this thread, you could also chat abit about them if you wanted too. :thumb:

    Three ways I deal with stress
    1. Listen to music
    2. Go for a walk around the park
    3. Talk to someone about my stressful problem (this often helps me look at the situation from a different perspective)!
    My stress head relates to work at the moment. Sometimes having many tasks to do with a short deadline can be difficult and stressful but the task will be finished soon!

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
