    My achievement is how well I'm managing my test anxiety- I actually feel quite calm and my approach I'm taking e.g. I've done my best, I'm proud of how far I've come and happy with all the preparation I've done, no matter what a pass would be a good outcome (thats at least 40%) and if it wasn't to go too well its not the worst thing ever, as its only 30% for this class, I still have an exam to make marks up and even if I failed the exam, still get re-sit. So I'm just going to do my best :) and I just want to do it now!

    Yeah so that's my approach and I'm happy and feel my approach is an achievement, because I am often a lot more agitated and get worked up easily!

    I will actually have an achievement of the day today evan though right now lying in bed I really do not want to do it at all but it's something my floating support worker has found so I am WILLING to do it. It's only an hour and a half its a first aid session thing! 1:00-2:30 but meeting my support worker at 12:45 so I've got to set off at 12:15.

    My achievement of today, was doing 2 of my homework questions for uni and attending a mindfulness drop in. I am proud considering how bad things are and have been recently.
