Hey guys :wave:

So, i thought i would start a thread to help people turn the little things (and indeed the big things) into positives!

Whether you have been in bed for two days and are celebrating getting dressed or have finally got round to tidy your room. Whether you have passed your driving test or moved into a new home. Whether you have laughed or even smiled today. I WANT to hear about it!!

You can post as little or as often as you want. Once a day, one a month, once a year. It's up to you!!

    Achievement of the day for yesterday (as today is still too young) : managed to go for a run - been ill for a few weeks and not had the strength but looks like I'm finally getting better :)

    My achievement of today is walking a 10K memory walk for dementia. :)

    My achievement for the day is actually tidying my room and doing my washing after I had been putting it off for so long.

    A bit late- but my achievement of the day for yesterday was : writing a to do list, doing most of it, keeping myself distracted from negative thoughts, focusing on the present more and I'm just generally proud of how I'm helping myself - considering a few days a go I was in a really bad place emotionally!

    My achievement for today would be going out and putting a deposit down for a puppy OuO
    I was quite nervous since it's going to be a big change having a dog around, maybe it will be a good one :)

    Love this thread! My achievement of today is finaaaally starting to sort out a long overdue pile of expenses that have been sat on my desk/in my wallet/at home. :rolleyes:
    All behaviour is a need trying to be met.

    Passed my first second year laboratory practical class :D

    So happy as it was quite difficult and confusing - definitely a step up from 1st year :)

    My acheivement today was getting dressed and leaving the house to go and eat some soup and bread . which was a big deal for me today.

    Making a new friend :D - a direct entry student into second year - I struggle to make friends often, but she is really nice and asked to sit with me and my friends at lunch. Was chatting to her and we went to cafe together to pick up food :) I feel proud for managing to talk!

    Today I tidied my room a bit more, started making my rug for uni and im going out tonight with friends which i phoned up and booked the tickets for all by myself!!!. I have also enquired about working with/ volunteering with "ambitious about autism". so yeah pretty productive day :D

    Got myself another job, interview was amazing, travelling with be a mare, but cause I'm in third year, thinking about only doing weekends, cause really struggled with manning time etc in second year while working so much. Haha.
