I just cant take the constant bickering at home, my fast and frequent up and downs in mood and i purposely hurt myself today at college by wacking my arm on a wall - just too much - i still havent even grieved yet for my friend that i lost last May and its coming up to 1 year since he passed very soon :(

That sounds very overwhelming in itself *hug*

Just wondering do you have any place you like to go to relax - things sound hectic at home and maybe having a get away could reduce the stress on that side of things.

Also have you tried TESS, they specialise in helpling people who struggle with self harm?

Sorry to hear about your friend. When my nan died I found it helpful to keep a few items etc. That reminded me of her- it made me feel close to her after she died. It might not be for everyone, it's just a suggestion - you may even discover your own method to grieve. Do you talk to anyone about how it feels to loose your friend or just talk about him/her and what they were like etc?

I havent got anywhere to relax - i even share a bedroom with my sister, i guess i could go to the park or something because always really quiet there and no i have tried TESS before - worth a try.

I still find all that happened with my friend very raw so hardly talk about him

    Sending *hug* s

I know you wrote this thread yesterday, but just wanted to clarify whats bothering you right this moment in time (it may be the same, but has anything triggered you)?

Also can I ask out of everything what's bothering you the most right now? It must be very overwhelming dealing with everything, maybe it would help to break it down and work on one thing at a time.

Sometimes going for walks are good get-aways for people, and I am just wondering if that may be helpful, or just doing anything you enjoy?

Perhaps it may be a good idea to just take things easy for now, practice good self care and really try and look after yourself - maybe have your favourite meal, watch a film- whatever that may be.

Keep posting if you feel it helps

Oh I'm so sorry to hear your feeling this way! It all sounds so difficult for you and not having somewhere to relax must be horrible. Going for a walk in the quiet park sounds like a good idea for you. We all care about you here!!!!!!

Glad your feeling even just a little bit better. Would writing it down, help you "work it out" in your mind?
