    Probbaly something that's worth starting a separate thread over; but have you filled in a HC1 form? You can get this from the chemist. If you need more than 13 items in 12 months, (not sure how many it is for the 3 / 4 month card) you can buy a pre payment card. This is £104 per year. You can pay by direct debit at 10 payments of £10.40 per month.

    Only do the latter if you're not entitled to free prescriptions because of the former.
