I'm caught up in a horrible case and trial at the moment over something that recently happened to me. I can't really post details because it's still going on but I feel awful :( A policeman saw the whole thing happening so I think I've got a pretty good case. I thought that moving back in with my parents would make everything better but it really hasn't. It's made it a lot worse now I have so much time and so little structure and things to do. It's not even just about all the stuff that's happened recently, I just feel really strange and sad for no particular reason. Thinking about self harm a lot. Victim support didn't reply and I don't see the point in pushing them - I'm leaving in 2 months so there wouldn't be any time to sort anything out. I feel like I'm stuck in a bubble.
