  We've called a few times but unless you say they are actually stabbing you they take days to arrive.

  Ages ago, I think I was 15/16 at a house party. My friend who was walking home by himsel rang me obviously really distressed. He had been beaten with a bit of wood by some complete thugs and was lying on the side of the road bleeding. It was awful. Everyone in the house ran off to fetch him so I had to ring back again to get them to come to the house. He had to have metal plates but in his face, the idiots who did it were prosecuted though
