I have this and was wondering if anybody else had it and if you use anything or do anything to treat it?

obviously not often but a couple of times a week
Have you seen the site for the Psoriasis Association? They say there are four types of treatment, the first being topical treatments - special lotions, creams, gels - along with a moisturiser. Tablets and injections are available for more severe forms.
Apparently, UVB (ultra violet) light can be good for you, though there are risks around skin damage/cancer - it'll be more controlled in a hospital setting than in a sunbed.

I use steroid cream for the stubborn, itchy bits and just exfoliate and moisturise the rest. I have it on my scalp, ears, face, back, arms, tummy, legs, feet and hands. lol. It doesn't look as bad as it sounds though lol.
I've had creams and that but they are crap. I go on the sunbed once a week or when i can and it does help but i might try looking for some of the dead sea products.
I have it on my Knees, Arms and Scalp.
It don't get me down tho i'm used to it so i don't hide it or anything plus it don't look too bad if i keep it moisturised and not let it get dry
Good luck
