    I don't like beer, but I have been told I must be educated in the way of real ale and so I've tried a few (usually followed by these faces: :yuck: and :sour:)

    Paulaner Hefe-Weizen, Schofferhofer Hefeweizen, Leffe Blond, Staropramen, Erdinger Hefe-Weizen/Weißbier, Budvar, Hoegaarden Blanche - in that order. Then generic ones like Grolsch, Heineken, San Miguel, Becks.

    Anyone that tries to pass off Budweiser (the shitty American one), Fosters, Castlemaine etc. as decent beer clearly has no tastebuds.

    EDIT: Cans are beyond horrible.

    i agree :D castlemaine is drinkable cos its nice and cheap but not great. Bud is fucking roughhhhhh

    The only beer I like is the cherry beers I could get in belgium (and have forgotton the names off) Hennikien is tolerable at a push.

    The only decent Aussie beer (VB) is the only one you can't get very easily over here, but Fenwicks have started selling it so I'm happy.

    I love real ale, I can't stand nitrokeg crap and it always makes me cry when I see someone in a real ale pub ordering Fosters. Lager I don't mind, but Fosters? Fuck's sake, get some taste buds.

    My favourite real ale is probably Java Jolt, its a coffee beer, but I have a special place in my heart for Fanny's Juice (brewed in B*rnl*y).

    My fave is Efes its Turkish - Soooo nice its heaven.

    Bud tho - i agree with whoever said it has no taste! And it makes my mouth really dry!
